This employer is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional with a proven supportive background.;An exciting opportunity for the right candidate is the opportunity to work with a prestigious global company.;Based in Onehunga, this role is close to motorway and public transport links.;Free parking is available and great shopping is close by.;To be considered you must;be fluent in speaking Japanese;have strong written and spoken English;posses the ability to work 7 day rotating shifts between 1:00 pm & 11:00 pm;demonstrate strong technical and customer service skills;have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience;Key Requirements;Ability to answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines;Identify and resolve issues/or complaints;Tech savvy with a degree in IT;System experience to highest level Windows & Mac;Mobile experience to expert level iOs & Android;Record customer feedback;Adhere to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, targets and objectives.;In return you can expect;A supportive team who share knowledge;A people-first culture;40 hour week;Rotating shifts;Please note only candidates with NZ Permanent Residency or Citizenship will be considered for this role.
