CX Delivery Manager
About the Role
The CX Delivery Manager is a strategic role responsible for optimising and enhancing CX through project lifecycle in order to deliver the best customer outcomes. Leading a wider team of data, digital and project delivery, this role works with the business to provide and infiltrate a customer lense throughout the project lifecycle.
Working across the whole organisation, you will lead and embed CX change, drive continuous improvement and improve customer digital channels that enhance their overall experience.
You are an experienced customer advocate with demonstrated experience embedding change to support CX.
You are an experienced people leader who has led diverse teams with differing responsibilities.
You have extensive project / programme experience and have some knowledge of Agile ways of working.
You understand how digital effectiveness can support overall CX strategy and have experience within a digital content / marketing environment.
