About the Role
As the CRM Marketing Specialist, you will develop and lead the CRM marketing initiatives, with the objective of retaining, nurturing, and growing the customer database. You will lead the customer relationship throughout their lifecycle by being in charge of all post-booking customer updates and engagement comms via our eDM’s and social accounts. You will support this relationship by managing organic social media accounts, in creating captivating, inspiring content and conversation to connect with the audience and target markets.
Reporting to the Market Development Manager, key responsibilities include
Developing and running a CRM strategy to improve and optimize customer relationships, drive customer loyalty, retention, revenue and customer lifetime value.
Leading the relationship with customers throughout their customer lifecycle
Creating, managing and running all customer communications e.g., customer updates, engagement series, welcome series
Working with IT to move triggered communication series to Hubspot, to enable greater direct control from Marketing.
Creating, managing and running all social media accounts to engage and grow the audience.
Managing customer databases, tracking and measuring database health and growth statistics and monthly performance reporting.
Support the creation and delivery of a loyalty marketing programme for customers.
About You
This is a multi-dimensional role for a marketing professional with 3-5 years’ experience. It is both a big picture role and a doing role, so you’ll need to be comfortable both designing the customer relationship management initiatives and delivering them.
You will have
3-5 years marketing, CRM, or social media experience preferably in primarily eCommerce-driven businesses.Proven track record of customer database management and growth
A passionate customer centric approach to all you do
Proficiency in Hubspot or similar
Some experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign
Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to work well in a team.
