About the Role

This purpose of this role is to represent the company as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) dedicated to the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) change management project – transforming the business from current ERP systems (SAGE and TROPOS) to the new Microsoft Dynamics platform.

This is a critical business initiative that requires the knowledge, focus and ownership of a specialised Business Lead for our business.

About You

To be successful in this role you require a high level of knowledge and experience in both sales management (with ideally UK & EU experience in this area) and warehousing as these are the two critical functions that need consideration and expertise.

You also ideally have worked in existing ERP systems of SAGE and TROPOS along with Microsoft Dynamics expertise. It is critical is that you have been involved in key ERP impact initiatives such as

ERP platform change management

incorporation/merging of business units involving different ERPs

introduction of ERP system to a business operating previously without one.

You will also have previous experience in planning functions. Specifically, key business user and system specialist in planning functions, demand, supply, purchasing, production planning and logistics. Ideally you will have also had sales experience – ideally at a senior level but if not at least some years of a regional management role.This role will be critical in the execution of this global business initiative that will drive our future direction.
