Service management plays a big part in how the organisation manages their customers and their experience. You will help to analyze and re-engineer some key processes to help streamline the environment.

The skills and experience we need you to bring

You will have at least 5 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst

Understand ITIL or Service management principles

Process re-engineering

Able to work with the Portfolio project team and vendorsAbility to self organise and ask questions confidently
