Fever Tree are partnering in NZ with Thirsty Camel, a proudly NZ owned business that specialise in the import and distribution of premium products in both the B2C and B2B markets and their channels include grocery, retail and on-premise. They source premium spirits globally and take real pride in their long-standing supplier relationships. The business has grown through acquisition, product offering and widening distribution channels but also creating innovative solutions for market gaps. About the Role
This newly created role is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the Fever-Tree NZ commercial and brand goals. Working alongside the Thirsty Camel leadership team and reporting to the Thirsty Camel CEO & the Fever-Tree ANZ GM, the Commercial Brand Development Manager is the extension of the Fever-Tree team in NZ providing the best possible support and partnership to Thirsty Camel while representing the Fever Tree business and leading growth for NZ.
You will lead the commercialisation of NPD in NZ
Full responsibility for brand, category, and competitor analysis across all channels
Create & execute programmes, activities, and tools to ensure customer goals are achieved
Lead development and delivery of Fever Tree business, brand & commercial plans with full P&L responsibility.
Ideally, you will come from an FMCG Brand or Category background. This is a broad role where the successful candidate will be a key driver in the success of the Fever-Tree brand in NZ. You will have a passion for delivering results and growing brands at a high pace, with excellent relationship management skills and a talent for commercial strategy, negotiation and working in partnership models with mutually rewarding outcomes. You will not be afraid to join an entrepreneurial environment with a fast-growing business and be willing to make a real impact.
