About the Company

My client is within the freight industry and is looking for an administration manager to work in their down to earth office located in Hastings. They offer flexibility in working hours and remote working options to work around your schedule. This role would suit somebody who is comfortable in a busy, fast paced role where no 2 days are the same. If you thrive under pressure and can juggle many moving parts, then this may be the role for you. This is a permanent full-time role, however we would also look at somebody who is open to a fixed term contract role.

About the Role

Process payments and liaise with drivers

Manage any branch queries in a timely manner via email/ phone

Manage invoicing, financial accruals and credit notes

Resolve faults, issues with freight delivery, manage claims queries

Ad hoc office admin as required (eg ordering office consumables)

About You

You will be comfortable in a chaotic environment, no 2 days are the same in this role and the role is extremely reactive.

You will be able to work at pace and work calmly under pressure.

You will be comfortable in a down to earth environment, this is not a corporate office.

You will be resilient and able to manage difficult customers/ challenging queries with ease.

If you do have prior experience in freight this would be advantageous however experience in a sales support, a coordinator/admin/ office manager/ admin manager role will also be considered.Apply Now!
