About the company


This highly reputable  corporate and promotional Apparel  products provider sells their products nationwide.  Our client takes pride in what they do and have a strong reputation for quality, customer service and delivery.  The role is based at their offices in Mt Wellington and the company also operates a Christchurch Branch to provide national cover for their clients.  

About the role


Reporting to the Managing Director, the Administration Manager will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of finance, people, administration functions and warehousing. The role requires the effective management of staff, projects, suppliers and clients to ensure all parties expectations are meet



The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

At least 5 years of finance, business administration and people management experience.

You must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills including being completely fluent with English and Mandarin languages.

Previous experience in administration in the Wholesale or clothing sectors is preferred.

An ability to engage with people and build rapport on the phone and quickly establish customer and business needs.

You must an eye for detail and being accurate with your work.

You will need to multi task and have good time management skills.

Have sound knowledge of H & S and work place safety regulations.

You must have Residency for New Zealand Resident or be a New Zealand Citizen at the time of application.
