This commercial construction company has evolved at a quick rate carefully navigating the market taking on quality projects with good margins. They have developed a good niche within residential housing developments, medium high rise and mixed-use developments. Also, education and remediation. They are led by Directors with enthusiasm and passion for what they do.

They have a host of new projects underway and need a motivated self managing QS, ideally at Senior level to run several commercial/residential housing projects.

This role will encompass managing subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Also included is some estimating and tendering work.

This role would suit an applicant with at least 5 years of commercial or multi residential experience gained with a main contractor QS and with relevant tertiary qualifications. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
