Job Description:

Our client is looking for an accounts allrounder to assist with AR/AP and reconciliations on a part time basis. In this role you will be working around 20 hours a week including some work on Monday and Friday (other days flexible). Located in Parnell you will be working in part of a small but busy team.

Duties include

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable


Monthly reporting

Ordering supplies for the business

Fielding email and phone queries

Other duties as required

To be considered you will ideally

Have an accounts qualification and proven experience with AR ad AP

Be self-motivated and have the ability to meet deadlines

Have intermediate to advanced MS office including Excel

Be experienced with SAP Business 1 or similar systemHave excellent communication and the flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
