Our client is looking for an accounts allrounder to assist with AR/AP and reconciliations on a part time basis. In this role you will be working around 30 hours per week for the next 4 week period.;Located in Otahuhu you will be working as part of a small but busy team that start the day early and then are all out to site leaving you to concentrate in the office.;Duties include;Accounts Receivable;Accounts Payable;Reconciliations;Fielding email and phone queries;Other duties as required;To be considered you will ideally;Have an accounts qualification and proven experience with AR ad AP;Be self-motivated and have the ability to meet deadlines;Have intermediate to advanced MS office including Excel;Be experienced with XERO and SBO (both preferred but definitely one of these required);Have excellent communication and the flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks;Starting ASAP this is the perfect part time role to fit around your lifestyle.
