Qualification in administration management &/or logistics is preferable but not needed for the right canidate

Start ASAP Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in an administration role

• Current / full driver licence with Full Class 1 motor vehicle licence (must be maintained as current)

• Experience in financial administration preferable

• Experience in the Port related sector is preferred but not essential• Proven experience & comfort working to deadlines & adapt to changing conditions

• High level of computer key board & programme (word & excel) skills

• Project coordination & leadership ideal

• Understanding of NZ Health & Safety requirements Personal Attributes & Motivations
