A little bit about the Opportunity: Here’s your opportunity to join an awesome team, in an entry-level Account Manager role!Panasonic has an opportunity for a highly motivated, passionate Account Manager to join their dynamic Commercial team. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for working with the commercial team to manage, nurture and convert inbound leads from commercial customers – with a particular focus on integrators and AV specialist network into new sales opportunities. With a strong focus on prospecting, you will use your knowledge and experience to plan and secure direct sales into commercial customers, by focusing on the sell-in and through of Panasonic products, meeting annual sales and margin targets and servicing customer needs via regular contact, sales promotions and face-to-face meetings. So, what is your background? In order to be considered for this Account Manager role you will have strong commercial acumen and have

Tertiary qualification in business and/or marketing OR previous account mgmt experience an advantage

Strong product knowledge and presentation skills to enable you to provide regular training to dealers

A great sense of humour and personality, plus the ability to work autonomously

High levels of initiative and ability to build value-added business relationships

Relationship management, allowing you to be able to relate to a variety of clients

Self-starter who’s confident working independently with a 'can-do' attitude

Superb communication and negotiation skills. Having a business qualification may give you an edge, but just as important will be your real-world sales acumen. Your strength is the ability to communicate at all levels and your drive to achieve goals.
