Alpha Recruitment are New Zealand owned and operated and have been established for more than 30 years.

Previous experience in a sales environment

We operate a hybrid model so you will have the best of both worlds - a sold temp base and the opportunity to augment that with permanent placements.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Alpha, your typical day may consist of calling and visiting clients, taking job briefs, writing advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates through to presenting them to your client and negotiating placements. This is a busy and hugely varied role, no two days will ever be the same and you should be someone that thrives on being busy and challenged.
